TEENAGE rapper Jack Taylor has released his first internet video which has been viewed almost 2,000 times.
His cover version of Clean Bandit’s Rather Be is now on You Tube after the video was filmed in the multi-storey car park at the bottom of Shambles Street.
Jack, 14, of Queens Gardens, Gawber, used his friend’s lyrics over the backing music to create his cover.
He said: “I really liked the song and thought it would be a good one to do. This is the first video that I’ve put out there and I’ve got quite a lot of views now. Most of the comments have been good. There have been a couple of people who have said they don’t like it, but I’m not too bothered. If one person likes it, I’ll keep doing it.
“We used the multi-storey car park because I wanted something urban and a bit underground.”
