Teenage right-back Kilian Ludewig has become Barnsley's second signing of the January transfer window.

The 19-year-old joins on loan from Red Bull Salzburg for the rest of the season, having previously worked with Struber in the Austrian club’s academy as well as last season while on loan to Liefering.

The right-back is a German under 20 international who began his career with RB Leipzig and has played 28 senior games.

He follows Austrian midfielder Marcel Ritzmaier who joined permanently on Monday.

Barnsley's current first choice right-back is Jordan Williams, 20.
