A NURSERY at Barugh Green has been rated ‘outstanding’ in every area in its latest Ofsted report.
Cawthorne Road Day Nursery provides a ‘superbly enriching and highly stimulating environment’ for children and highly-qualified staff are very enthusiastic and ‘join in excitedly with children’s play’.
“Staff demonstrate first-rate teaching skills,” the report said. “They very skilfully and precisely observe and assess children’s learning.
“Parents are extremely complimentary about the level of care that staff provide for their children.”
The report was an improvement on its last inspection just over three years ago when it was rated ‘good’.
The nursery has space for 20 children aged from birth up to four at any one time, and currently has 52 children on the books.
