A MOTORCYCLIST has been left with serious injuries after being hit by a car on Wakefield Road, Barnsley.
The Honda bike was in collision with a Mitsubishi Carisma on Sunday afternoon near the TrustFord garage.
The rider, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital where he currently remains with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
