THIS little lady is determined to make a big noise about bullying to make sure everyone knows it is not welcome in her school.

Elle Brett-Jones, ten, was the winner of a competition to design an anti-bulling poster for Outwood Primary Academy Littleworth Grange. More than 150 entries were submitted in total.

It was organised by the school’s anti-bullying officer Paul Rutter who was himself bullied as a child at school, and the project was backed up with workshops in each class, special assemblies and workshops due to take place with parents.

“Like any school there are incidents, and it’s about identifying it, understanding it and having someone who will deal with it,” he said.
