AN MP says it is "high time" that the long awaited redevelopment of Hoyland's market and town centre is moved forward.

Timescales have slipped on the project which was due to see the town's market moved to the former town hall site.

The Town Hall would be demolished and the current market was expected to make way for a Lidl supermarket and shops.
