BARNSLEY Fashion Week helped raise cash for a cancer charity.

The main show, held at the Metrodome, was the highlight of the week and attracted a large audience, with more than 90 different glitzy outfits hitting the runway.

Organised by Victoria Reddington, with support from Barnsley Rockley Rotary Club members, the event aimed to showcase local talent while supporting charitable causes such as Marie Curie, which received

He said: “We are thrilled to have raised £1,500 for Marie Curie through our Barnsley Fashion Week project which culminated in a fantastic event.

“It was a wonderful opportunity to bring the community together while making a positive impact on the lives of those supported by Marie Curie.”
