Barnsley have signed right wing-back Kyran Lofthouse who was most recently at National League club Woking.

The free agent has signed a three-year deal with an option for the club to add another year.

The 22-year-old came through the youth system at hometown club Oxford United but never made an appearance and was loaned to Oxford City and Woking.

He was a regular in the Cards side that lost in the National League play-offs last season.

The Reds also have right wing-backs in Jordan Williams, Barry Cotter and another new signing Corey O’Keeffe.
