Working within the schools catering service you will provide excellent customer service and a high-quality food offer. With an in-depth understanding of health and safety and food safety you will produce fresh tasty meals from a healthy school food standards compliant menu. It is important to support the delivery of the Council’s core priorities and support Directorates to deliver efficient and effecting services.
You will work within a small kitchen, helping with the preperation and serving of school meals, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and working to a high standard of healty and safety.

Established in Barnsley since 1995, the company is a privatelyowned supplier of valves, controls and fittings, which are sold into the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning industries (HVAC) as well as into the general industrial market.
A Full-Time immediate vacancy has arisen for a Senior Sales Administrator to be based in Dodworth near Barnsley.
This role would ideally suit a candidate with experience of supervising a busy sales office and who has extensive sales / customer service experience, further to this a good telephone manner, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude will be a key to the role.
Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, inputting sales orders and placing purchase orders, providing customers with both written and verbal technical quotations and the occasional supervision of the sales office.
The successful applicant will be expected to develop a productive relationship with customers, suppliers and colleagues, as well as an excellent working knowledge of the company’s products.
Experience of computer pakcages such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Navision would also be an advantage.
