ROBBIE Cundy is expected to miss at least another week with injury but Barnsley are not concerned about their defensive cover.

The centre-back missed two months with a knee problem before coming off the bench twice in late March but then sitting out Saturday’s win over Morecambe due to a hip problem.

He is expected to miss both games over the Easter weekend but could return to face Forest Green Rovers on April 15. He is one of four centre-backs, with the other three starting regularly.

Head coach Michael Duff said: “We want Robbie back because he’s come on and helped see wins out.

“He’s important but we have other people as well.

“Jordan (Williams) played most of his football last year at centre half then we have people like Barry Cotter, Josh Benson and Ziyad Larkeche who can play at right wing-back.”
