TWO ALL-BARNSLEY games took place on Wednesday with implications for the tight County Senior League Premier Division title race.

Leaders Dodworth MW won 4-0 at Houghton Main, leaving them five points clear at the top.

Several clubs below have games in hand on them.

They have three games to play including a trip to title rivals Swinton Athletic on May 10 before completing the campaign at Sheffield Town on May 13.

Second-placed Wombwell Main won 2-0 at home to North Gawber.

Atley Jackson and Gadhafi Kiwanuka scored.

Wombwell Main are five points off Dodworth with a game in hand.

Wombwell Main drew 3-3 at Handsworth reserves on Saturday.

Dodworth had lost 1-0 at fellow title challengers Hepworth United on Saturday.

Houghton had won 1-0 at fellow strugglers South Kirkby at the weekend.

They are fourth-bottom, five points clear of the bottom three.

Wombwell Town won 1-0 at home to Stocksbridge Park Steels reserves on Saturday. Connor Peace scored for fifth-placed Town.

Silkstone United drew 1-1 at Denaby Main in Division One.

Silkstone then lost 5-3 Sheffield Union on Wednesday.

Athersley Rec reserves drew 2-2 at home to Kiveton Park.
