Barnsley have made right wing-back Corey O'Keeffe their third signing of the week.

The Reds have signed the 25-year-old, who can also play in midfield, on a four-year deal after paying an undisclosed fee to Forest Green Rovers.

After spells with Birmingham, Mansfield and Rochdale, he was part of the Rovers squad relegated from League One last season - registering seven assists.

Chief executive Khaled El-Ahmad said: “We are pleased to be able to welcome Corey to Oakwell.

“He will add further quality to our squad ahead of the start of the 23/24 campaign and we look forward to seeing him begin work with Neill (Collins) and the coaching staff.”

O'Keeffe added: "I am delighted to be here, and I’m ready to help the team go one step further this season and get promotion."
