KYRAN Lofthouse has been sent out on loan to League Two MK Dons for the remainder of the season.
The right wing-back was recalled by Barnsley from National League Gateshead last week after playing 14 games in the first half of the season.
He now joins up with MK who are eighth in League Two and managed by Mike Williamson who was the Gateshead boss until October.
Lofthouse joined Barnsley last summer on a three-year deal and played three games for the first team in the opening weeks of the season.
