Athersley Rec won 2-1 at lowly Yorkshire Amateur on Saturday in Division One.

Rec are ten points and four places clear of the relegation zone, although teams have as many as five games in hand.

Yorkshire Amateur led at half-time but Nathan Perks levelled on 55 minutes then Fraser Hartley won it on 62.

Wombwell Town drew 0-0 at promotion rivals Retford United.

They are now a point and one place behind Retford who are in the last play-off place, with ten games left.

Worsbrough Bridge drew 0-0 at Harrogate Railway Athletic.

Penistone Church drew 3-3 at home to Barton Town in the Premier Division.

After falling behind, Church scored three times in nine minutes at the end of the first half with Nathan Keightley levelling then Ant Brown bagging a brace.

But Barton pulled one back early in the second half then levelled on 85 minutes.

Church are eight points off the play-off places.
