A BINGO player who has been a regular at a town centre venue for 24 years won a £50,000 jackpot.
Pensioner Kathleen Turner joined the club at Buzz Bingo, Pontefract Road, in 1998 and said she plans to use the money to celebrate her 30th wedding anniversary abroad.
Kelli Dawson, general manager at Buzz Bingo, said “We couldn’t be happier for Kathleen and her fantastic win.
“Everyone was cheering from their seats it was such an exciting moment.”
