RESIDENTS have been urged to register to vote in the upcoming local elections.
It takes just five minutes to register to vote, according to the council, and once done residents are able to have their say on the issues that matter to them.
There are 63 councillors in Barnsley, three for each of the 21 wards - and the election is set to take place in May.
