A MAN accused of assaulting a security guard at the Market Kitchen will face trial at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court.
Mareks Dombrovskis, 39, of Sheffield Road, pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and threatening or abusive behaviour after the alleged incident on April 23.
The trial is set to take place on September 15, with a condition put in place that Dombrovskis is not allowed to enter any of the Glass Works shops or the Market Kitchen.
