BARNSLEY Football Club has ended its partnership with Hex.com with immediate effect.
The front of shirt sponsor will no longer appear on the kit.
A spokesperson for the club said: “Barnsley Football Club value our fans and our core beliefs above everything else.
“Following recent events and a subsequent investigation, the club has assessed its relationship with its front of shirt sponsor and has taken steps to end that relationship with immediate effect.
“The Hex.com logo will not appear on the team’s kits going forward.”
We have been at the heart of our community, every week, since 1858. The town and its people have changed dramatically since then but the Chronicle has been a constant.
It’s our belief that news should be available to everyone regardless of their circumstance. But we need a little helping hand to do so.
