THE jury in the trial of a man accused of murdering a nine-week-old baby has been discharged.
Leon Mathias, 33, denies the charge of murder following the death of his son, Hunter, at their home in 2018.
The judge discharged the jury for ‘legal reasons’ and the trial is intended to restart next week.
It is expected to run until mid-January.
