SWANSEA manager Russell Martin has joined Southampton - opening the door for Michael Duff to join the Welsh side.
Duff has been heavily linked to the Championship Swans this week, and it’s believed one stumbling block was the situation at Southampton.
However, now Martin has officially joined the Saints it’s believed that a move for Duff will now accelerate.
Swansea have confirmed that an update on the new first team coaching staff will be announced in ‘due course’.
