A RAILWAY commuter who failed to pay a £5 fare has been handed a bill of £463.
Solomon Fekadi Aynalem, of Fish Dam Lane, Carlton, travelled from Sheffield to Barnsley on February 8.
The 20-year-old was fined £220, told to pay compensation of £5, an £88 victim surcharge and court costs of £150.
