BARNSLEY man Darren England is due to make a comeback as a Premier League official this weekend after his controversial appearance as the Video Assistant Referee in Liverpool’s defeat at Tottenham Hotspur.
England, from Little Houghton, was involved in a mix-up between officials which saw a Liverpool goal wrongly ruled out on September 30.
He was withdrawn from games as a result but is now set to be fourth official for the top flight game between Brentford and Burnley tomorrow.
