A ROYSTON man who pleaded guilty to three counts of sexually touching a girl under the age of 13 has been spared jail time.
Luke Atkinson, 21, of Ainsdale Road, was sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court last Friday.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual touching of a girl under 13, and not guilty to penetration.
He was given a two-year conditional discharge, a restraining order to prevent him contacting his victim, a barring order to stop him working with kids and told to sign the sex offenders’ register for two years.
