GRIMETHORPE’S annual miners’ reunion will take place on Thursday.
The event will mark the 30th year since the village pit’s closure.
It begins at 12pm at the working men’s club on Brierley Road and a parade will head to the memorial outside St Luke’s Church for 1pm.
