On Monday 26th February we changed our epaper provider.
If you are a CURRENT subscriber
What you need to do
When we switched subscriptions over you were sent an email with a link asking you to set up an account with our provider Admiral, the email is from the address no-reply@m.getadmiral.com.
Click ‘Setup Account’, you will then be asked to create a password. This new password will be your login for our website to access the epaper.
What to do if you have NOT received an email asking you to set up an account
Please check your junk/spam folders, if you have not received an email from Admrial asking you to set up your account please email digitalsubscriptions@barnsley-chronicle.co.uk so we can look into this for you.
When changes are taking place
We switched providers on Monday 26th February. From this day you will be able to access the epaper from every page of our website. Access to the previous system will cease.
How you will access the epaper
From Monday 26th Febraury you can access the epaper from any page of our website by clicking ‘epaper’ in the top right corner of the screen. You can also bookmark the epaper page https://www.barnsleychronicle.com/epaper
Problems signing in?
When you click 'epaper' or 'login' link it activates a login widget for you to enter your details. If you have pop up blockers installed this may prevent the login box from showing. Please disable any such software until you have logged in, afterwards you can re-activate this, you will remain logged in until you log out or until you clear your cookies/cache.
How to check your subscription status
Click ‘Login/Manage Account’, once logged in you will see your current/expired subscriptions.
How to re-subscribe
When your subscription expires and you attempt to access the epaper you will be re-directed to our subscription offer page and can select your preferred option. As soon as a subscription ends access to the e-paper ends with immediate effect. You can choose to re-subscribe at any time.
If you are previous subscriber wishing to re-subscribe
You will need to subscribe as a new customer. Visit https://www.barnsleychronicle.com/epaper to check the available subscription options.
