Barnsley's game at League One leaders Portsmouth has been postponed from March 23 due to three international call-ups for the home club.

The match has been rearranged for April 16, the third to last game of the season.

A club statement read: "All tickets for the original fixture remain valid for the new date, or alternatively, a full refund can be redeemed up until 12pm on Tuesday 16 April from our Box Office.

"We remained in constant dialogue with Portsmouth to avoid disruption for our supporters making the trip prior to tickets going on sale, but due to the proximity of the fixture the club had no choice but to make tickets available."

Barnsley play Cheltenham Town on Saturday then their next game is at home to Cambridge United on March 29.
