IT was a strong weekend for Barnsley Leaders under 11s as they competed in a weekend tournament and beat all the opposition.
The tournament actually started badly with a 10-4 reversal against Hotshots A.
But they soon found their stride with a 14-2 win against Hotshots B and a 24-0 triumph over Mansfield Giants.
They then avenged their earlier defeat over Hotshots A by winning the rematch 8-6.
Alex Wojciechowski and Sophie Pugsley top scored for the Leaders, with all the team making strong contributions.
The full team was: Sophie Pugsley 12, Alex Wojciechowski 12, Harry Weekly 10, Niko Dimitrov 8, Logan Allen 4, Naomi Mihalkov 2 Isaac Megid 2, Harry Scargill, Bobby Dimitrov. The coaches were Emma Jones and Sherief Megid.
