Former Barnsley head coach Michael Duff has joined their local rivals Huddersfield Town as head coach.
Duff was Reds boss in the 2022/23 season, taking them to the play-off final before moving to Swansea City last summer then being sacked at the end of last year.
He now takes over Huddersfield who have dropped out of the Championship, having been linked with a return to Oakwell.
Barnsley are still looking for a new head coach with Mike Williamson, the MK Dons boss, the bookmakers' favourite.
