Darton man Joe Ferguson was competing in Belgium this weekend ahead of selection for the European Championships.
The 24-year-old finished fourth in a season’s best 20.85 at the 200m at an event in Brussels.
He has already set the qualifying time for the Europeans in Rome from June 7-12.
The Great Britain team is due to be announced in the coming days.
