Petty hit 14 fours in Dearne’s 221 then the hosts were bowled out for 176 – after a 77-run last-wicket stand – with Marley Wood taking four wickets and Matty Glover three.

Darfield defended 170 by removing Whitley Hall 2nd XI for 107 in Division One.

Saman Khursheed, Alex Keeton and Joe Stickland all took three wickets.

Penistone dismissed Wath 2nd XI for 86 in an eight-wicket Division Two victory.
