Danny Frost and Ashley Flynn both hit hat-tricks as Shaw Lane Aquaforce battered Dinnington 9-0 at home to continue their excellent start to the season.

Newly-promoted Aquaforce battered Dinnington 9-0 at Shaw Lane on Saturday to make it 32 goals in nine games, 12 more than anyone else in the league. Kane Reece bagged a brace and Danny Barlow scored his third free-kick in three games.

Athersley Recreation drew 0-0 at home to Staveley MW in the Premier Division to take their total to 14 points from seven games.

Worsbrough Bridge gained a dramatic late win in the FA Vase at home to Ashton Town. The visitors took the lead but Bridge's Dean Sidebottom levelled in the 90th minute then new signing James Young got the winner three minutes into extra-time.

Penistone Church were beaten in the first round as they lost a 2-0 lead at home to Rossington Main. Lewis Dickinson netted in the second minute then Jack Moore got the second half an hour later but the visitors scored either side of the break then won it in the 84th minute.
