A DEVELOPMENT of 54 trendy residential apartments in the heart of the town centre is due to be ready before autumn, a property firm says.
Work is underway to convert Regent House, the former Raleys Solicitors offices which were once council offices, into a mixture of studio and one-bedroom apartments.
Aaron Campbell, managing director at agent Prinvest, said the exterior of the building on Regent Street won’t change at all but inside it is being completely stripped out and converted to ‘very high quality’ apartments.
The development will be called Studio 8 at Regent House.
