Barnsley right-back George Williams has joined AFC Barrow on a 93-day loan.
Williams, 22, who signed for Barnsley from Worcester City while still a student at Loughborough University, will be with the Conference club for three months.
Williams is the second player to leave the club on loan this season after Mike Phenix joined Southport.
His contract expires at the end of this season.
