THE number of people at Barnsley Hospital with Covid-19 increased by more than 75 per cent last week.
A total of 16 patients were admitted to the site with the virus - a 78 per cent increase.
There are currently 14 patients with Covid at the hospital, one of which requires a ventilation bed.
