Kai Hancock scored a penalty then a second spot-kick was missed. It was a third win of the season for third-bottom Gawber who have 11 points from 11 games.
Wombwell Main drew 1-1 at South Elmsall United Services.
Leaders Penistone Church reserves won 4-1 at home to Denaby Main.
Silkstone United won 3-1 at Hepworth United in Division One.
Division Two leaders Barnsley Town won 4-1 at home to second-placed Wombwell Main reserves. Town have won ten and drawn one of their 11 games and are four points clear in first.
