A MAN will appear in court charged with allegedly selling illicit cigarettes and tobacco using a ‘concealment device’ in the roof of a Barnsley shop.
Mohammad Ali Mustapha, 45, of Eldon Street, appeared in Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Monday but the case was adjourned to a date yet to be confirmed.
Charges relate to fraud and breaching packaging regulations, at Ara convenience store on Eldon Street, between January 2020 and December 2021.
