THE success of Penistone Show has been lauded once again by its organisers.
The event, which is one of the country’s largest one-day agricultural shows, took place last Saturday.
Rebecca Barnett, show secretary, said: “It was amazing - the early-morning rain went away and the weather and the field held.
“We want to say thank you to our visitors, exhibitors, competitors, judges, stewards, our local voluntary groups, sponsors and supporters.
“Next year, the show will be celebrating its 150th anniversary.”
