BABY Darcy Wragg is every bit a daddy's girl having arrived not just on her dad's birthday, but at the exact minute he was born 37 years earlier.
Emma Wragg went into labour after being induced the day before husband Shaun's birthday.
HGV driver Shaun made it to hospital for about 3am on the morning of his birthday on October 3, and got the best possible present when Darcy was born at 10.10am - the exact time of his birth.
"She was actually 15 days late, so she'd definitely been hanging on for her dad's birthday," said Emma, 29, of South Crescent, Dodworth.
"Poor Shaun though. He didn't get a birthday at all.
"At one point he had one of the cardboard sick bucket things, and he was wearing it as a party hat."
Darcy came in at a healthy 7lbs.
