Barnsley have signed Aidy White on a permanent deal after the defender left Rotherham United this morning.

White, 24, who made seven appearances for Barnsley on loan, has agreed a deal to leave The Millers and swiftly joined Barnsley on a contract until the end of the season.

The left sided player is available to play in tomorrow's JPT Northern Area final against Fleetwood Town.

Barnsley are also chasing a central midfielder with Preston's Neil Kilkenny believed to be on their wishlist.
