A PUBLIC meeting will be held at The Mill of the Black Monks on Monday to discuss flood protection.
Owner Malcolm Lister wants its Grade II listing to be upgraded to Grade II* to protect it from flooding and open up more funding streams through tourism - though he feels the council don’t want this.
He is inviting members of the public on Monday at 7pm to discuss their views.
