A MOTORBIKE rider who is accused of seriously injuring two women by riding dangerously on a road will appear at Leeds Crown Court next month.
Damien Hilton, who was riding a BMW S1000, is alleged to have struck Diana Hybenova and Adriana Grabovska on Barnsley Road, Wakefield, on April 15 of last year.
Hilton, 35, of Thruxton Close, Barnsley, will next appear at Leeds Crown Court on September 25 to enter a plea.
