A FATAL collision took place in Brierley yesterday afternoon.
The incident occurred on Frickley Bridge Lane between a quad bike and a white Mercedes Sprinter van - emergency services were called at 3.39pm.
The 24-year-old rider of the quad bike unfortunately suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are asking for witnesses and motorists with dash cam footage that may have captured the collision, or either vehicle prior to the collision, to get in touch.
