A BADMINTON club in Barnsley has netted itself a pair of pro players.
Jean Hutton, 75, and Harry Watson, 72, have decades of experience in the sport and are leading the way for a new badminton night, which meets every Tuesday at 6pm in Honeywell.
Coun Phil Davies, who set up the Community Badminton Club, said: "It really is amazing to see elderly, experienced players like Jean and Harry, playing alongside complete novices like seven-year old Luke.
"Communities develop strong bonds when the generations come together to share an experience, each has so much to offer and so much to gain."
