Barnsley's town centre will once again host some of the best cyclists in the country this summer.
After Barnsley Road Club held their first town centre races last year, they have been selected to stage the penultimate events in both the men's National Circuit Series and the Women's Road Series.
The event on Friday July 20 is expected to attract some of the biggest names in the sport, possibly including Barnsley-born three-time Olympic champion Ed Clancy.
The day will begin with under 12, under 14 and under 16 races before a 'support race' for amateur riders followed by the professional women's and men's races.
