Penistone man Oliver Rowland has signed up with Nissan e.dams for the Formula E 2018/2019 season.
The 26-year-old, who has previously competed in Formula Two and hopes for a Formula One seat in the future, is set to make his debut in the all-electric racing series in Saudi Arabia on December 15.

Rowland, who is also the 'official young driver' for F1 team Williams, described the Formula E deal as 'an honour'. He is due to work in a team with experienced F1 racer Sebastien Buemi.
