A GOOD Samaritan has been returning lost items to children in Shafton.
Richard Swaby, 72, of Millside, collects misplaced scooters, bikes, clothing and even mobile phones and makes it his mission to find their rightful owners.
In the two decades he has been doing it, every single item has been returned.
