An ambitious pair of siblings will pedal more than 200 miles and climb three of Yorkshire's highest hills - despite having a combined age of just 14.
Harry Peace, eight, and sister Alice, six, from Gunthwaite, plan to cycle coast-to-coast along the Trans Pennine Trail as well as complete the Three Peaks Challenge.
The pair, who attend Denby First School, became two of the youngest people to complete the Pennine Way walk - a 265 mile route - last year.
Dad James, 42, a farmer, will accompany his kids and said both challenges will take place by the end of June, although dates have not yet been set.
"The kids are really keen on it and they had the idea for doing the Pennine Way last year," said James.
"I'm fully confident they can do it, without a doubt."
A date for the Three Peaks Challenge, which involves walking Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent in the Yorkshire Dales, will be decided the night before to ensure weather conditions are suitable.
James, of Cuckold Carr Farm, estimates the cycle ride, about 207 miles from Southport to Hornsea, will take a week. The trio will complete a two-day ride from Leeds to Chesterfield in preparation.
Mum Shelley Skidmore will support the bike ride by driving and towing a caravan for the family to sleep in.
