TIME is running out - you know someone who makes you Proud of Barnsley, then you need to nominate them today.
There have been some heartwarming stories about the lengths people have gone to not only to help our town be a better place, but the lengths people have gone to help each other.
If you know anyone who fits into any of the 14 categories, you need to get nominating.
The categories including: Hospital Hero, Children's Champion, Young Superstar, Community Hero, Sporting Achievement, Start-Up Of The Year, Community Group, School of the Year, Triumph Over Adversity, Exceptional Achievement, Carer of the Year, Charity Fundraiser, Volunteer of the Year and the Love Where You Live category.
You can e-mail your nominations to lynsey.bradford@barnsley-chronicle.co.uk - please include your name, address and phone number.Please also include the name, address and phone number of the person you are nominating, the category you are nominating them in and why.Alternatively you can go to www.barnsley-chronicle.co.uk and fill out the online entry form.
Paper copies of the entry form can be picked up in the Barnsley Chronicle reception and electronic copies of the form can be e-mailed out upon request.
Please ask the person/group for permission to nominate them for an award before putting them forward.
