AN appeal for information has been issued by Shafton Parish Council after more flytipping was dumped in the village.
The waste, which features asbestos sheets and a fridge-freezer, was left last Saturday between 9am and 10am and is at the side of the road on Southgate.
Dave North, chairman of the parish council, said: “They’ve dumped there before but this happened in broad daylight - you just can’t believe the cheek of them and how they’ve got away without anyone seeing them.
“I’d like to issue an appeal for information as they are undoing the good work volunteers do in the village by helping to keep it tidy.”
