ASPIRING actor Danny Taylor is enjoying his first few seconds of fame after landing a role in a new Royal Navy advert on national television.
The six-year-old features in a recruitment advert which follows a Carlisle-born Navy officer called Ben through various stages of his life up to joining the forces.
Danny, a member of The Pauline Quirke Performing Arts Academy in Barnsley, wears a blue Carlisle United FC hat in the advert.
